Finline Or Traditional? We Ink What You Say

At our Tattoo studio, we respect your individuality and are committed to inking what you say. Whether you lean towards the refined elegance of fine line tattoos or the bold, vibrant strokes of traditional styles, our tattoo artists are here to create a masterpiece that perfectly reflects your unique style and personality.

Fine line tattoos in Auckland are celebrated for their precision and subtlety. This style utilises ultra-thin needles to create detailed, delicate designs that often resemble fine drawings or engravings, such as realistic portrayals, minimalist art, or complex geometric patterns. However, the technical delicacy required for fine line tattooing demands a steady hand and a deep understanding of skin anatomy to ensure the lines remain crisp, clear, and distinct over time.

Traditional tattoos, on the other hand, are known for their bold lines, vibrant colours, and iconic designs like hearts, roses, and anchors. This style relies on thicker outlines and a limited colour palette to create high-contrast, visually striking tattoos that stand the test of time. Traditional tattooing requires the art of solid colour filling and clean, confident line work to achieve the style’s signature look.

An error in each tattooing style can lead to complications, which is why our artists are trained to work with the utmost attention to detail so that every line and shade contributes to a perfect, enduring work of art that also heals properly.
